*Basic Beginner WorkoutsFor beginners, simplicity beats complexity every time. Two popular split options are
1. Full Body (3x / week): Work every major muscle group in a single session with rest days in between. Great for learning movements quickly
2. Push / Pull / Legs (PPL): Push: Chest, shoulders, and triceps. Pull: Back, rear shoulders, and biceps. Legs: Quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
3.Rack your weights: Always return dumbbells and weight plates to their proper racks when done.
4.Wipe down equipment: Use provided spray/towels after using machines or benches.
5. Don't hog equipment: Let others "work in" (share sets) if the gym is crowded, and avoid sitting on a machine while scrolling on your phone for minutes
